I have to look this stuff up every time I play with Hugin, the open source panorama stitcher. Thankfully I can find it at Falk Lumo.com:

- Sensor size: 4.54 x 3.39 mm^2, 5.67 mm diagonal
- Aspect ratio: 4.02:3
- Focal length and aperture: 3.85 mm f/2.8 lens
- 35mm equivalent crop factor: 7.64
- Equivalent 35mm focal length and aperture: 30 mm f/22
The comments there are top notch, but what’s not mentioned is how the video mode substantially narrows the field of view. Arghh, I say to that.
And just because I think it’s excessive: there’s no shortage of zoom adapter lenses for iPhones:
- 8x telephoto for iPhone 4 (hey, something similar showed up at Urban Outfitters)
- 2x telephoto for iPhone 4
- 0.7x wide angle for iPhone 4
- 0.6x wide angle for iPhone 4
- 0.3x fisheye for iPhone 4
