Sandee and I stumbled into the Ay Caramba Cafe on Main Street in Harwich at just the right time. We were starving and desperate for something other than fried sea food.
Diners can help themselves to chips and three varieties of homemade salsa. Each is rather unique, and far more complex than the mild, medium, and hot descriptions we typically use to describe salsas. Sandee and I both had the pork tomales that were on special — cheese tomales were also offered. They were hot, flavorful, and filling.
